benefits of the poverty

October 28, 2007 · 2 Comments

Wow, my state of health became my benefactor. I have got a hand of support. Thus my life becomes easier and easier with every new day now.
You may be surprised at hearing the emotions above. That’s no wonder. You have read my bio already and know well that I’m experiencing lots of discomforts because of my need to stand face to face with my disability problems on a daily base. Thus you ask me “”How could it be so?”

I am work-less because of my state of health. Looking from the outside, the life seems to be dark: my purse is hopelessly empty. However! The acceptance of my forced impotency to make any plans for the future helped me greatly indeed – my life put me into the gratitude for all I have at a moment. Thinking about myself as about the living as the jobless would be just the killing activity, but I have no time for that – I am blogging and the blogging began due to my state of health. The blogging is the best exercise to stay in just perfect fitness : daily writing of the post to the blog demands something good to share with the reader and thus the blogging holds the mind in constant search for the light. In other words, what could be more desirable than my current “hardships”?

We can start the blog for a free and I have done that yesterday once more. My new blog ArtHike proves the rule all we need is just our willingness to breathe freely.  I am happy to look eagerly to your comments. Thank you for staying in touch.

metamorphosis of the word

October 26, 2007 · Leave a Comment

Anatomy of the love” was put on my blog Captain’s bridge.  You see the first verses of the mystery we stand face to face below:

Love reminds of a flower. This word directs us at the eternal beauty. The sound and vision cast glamour over us, and all people rejoice at their beloved – anybody worry over the details. That looks so natural that it becomes hard to perceive the existence of the cruelest wars because of the love. It’s hardly surprising that we question ourselves “why does the sun leave a stage to the Moon?” ….

You are just at a click at that story on my word’s metamorphosis. Have a look please. What do you think? Let’s share our  sightings.

entry questions

October 22, 2007 · 4 Comments

The writing in the foreign language adds the additional colors to my stories. The hearty words dress in the irony suite and thus make the diary the puzzle.  Was my text just the personal jottings or the public writing? What do I do? Do I rejoice over the seeds (just play with my sensations), or search for the fruits (try to say something worthy your attention)?

Wow, I just started the marking my thoughts down , but the questions shadowed the whole list already. What will be perceived by you while reading this text? Would it be what I had in mind by saying I am writing in the foreign language? What does the foreign language signify?

People resist ambiguity everywhere in the world. A search for the meaning of life goes likewise in all our languages, and the wisdom of the ancient manuscripts pictures the same truth as the cry of the modern neonates. It’s nice to shout “the right of man!” and to think all words have the meaning. That’s easily to do, but what do the popular phrases mean in the concrete?

I am writing. That’s the obvious, but what do I write about?

Wow, I am going to boast.  I fear nothing.  Unfortunately, that’s the truth.  I have nothing to lose  except the threatening silence of the prolonged staring at the passersby under my window. That’s why I am afraid of nothing except my fear to look at what was written by me.  I don’t fear my statements, but worry for what will be perceived by you. While writing in the language I don’t hear in my daily conversations, I can’t know how my openness will sound in English.

Let’s celebrate

October 19, 2007 · 1 Comment

I feel myself like the celebrant each day, and each day is a holiday to me. That’s not just the wording but my life’s ABC. Just think. I have learned what an apple means today. Is it not worthy celebrating? Wow, I know for sure that the fruit I taste at a moment is an apple. The word apple clearly defines what I am pushing into my mouth now.
All that was said the above may sound strange to the unaware of my origin. I am Lithuanian and don’t hear English in daily conversations – I have just found the apple in my dictionary. Thus let’s celebrate. Let’s dig deeper. What does the spiritual oneness of all people could mean?

Let’s start from the beginning. Let’s remind our daily bread …Wow, what a scent lingers on the air at a bakery! The brown bread and the French loaf, the variety of cakes and pies – there are lots of mealy miracles for each taste. The recipes differ between but all people dive likewise in the gratitude at slicing the daily bread the world over. However, this lovely picture mutates greatly while moving from house to house. The greeting with bread and salt- one and the same slicing of the loaf dresses in different rituals from China to Peru. I have as rejoiced over the untiring offering to taste one or other meal at the party table, as have heard the short “serve for yourself” The impact of culture and diversity of the traditions make larger mess than our languages. Different countries share different outlook toward what it means to come to guests, but all we are brothers and sisters in the same spirit, isn’t it? What does make us the deaf to other?
